    Default Social Network Sites

What do you think of social network sites (i.e. MySpace, Facebook or Formspring) for kids 14 and younger? Do you think they are safe?

    Great read, thank you ISC!!

I have my boys computers out in the "open"... none in thier bedrooms. I can watch them online and see what they are up to.

If they want to see the "bad stuff" they gonna have to go to the public library for that!

I think having shared access to a Facebook page is a good way to allow them to be active and involved but still monitored. Same goes for Twitter! I've have them ask permission for photos posted after a friend innocently posted something I considered inappropriate..
