Potty Training Twins

I have 2 1/2 yr twins, girl and boy. I am trying to potty train, but unsuccessful. My girl tells me when she pees or poops in her diaper but my boy is oblivious. I have tried taking them potty several times per day and nothing. Today I knew my boy was trying to poop, so I took him to the potty. We stayed there for like 15 min but nothing. My girl was getting roudy so I had to put a diaper back on him. 2 min later he poops diaper. It is hard to put them both on potty because they distract each other. Ok moms of twins, please give me some advice. I know my girl is ahead on this one, hoping she would be an influence on my boy.

I also have twin boy and girl. They will be 2 next week. My daughter is obsessed with the Potty and my son is oblivious to the whole thing. I personally think it will be easier to potty train my girl now and work on him 7-10 months from now when he gets it. Why go through that big of a headache when you can space it out a little.
