I am having the same problem with my now 9 month old. he goes to bed fine but every hr to 1/2 hr he just whines.. I have tried to let him whine and cry it out but it does not seem to work he is in the same room as me and my hubby b/c we only have 2 bedroom home and our 6yr old is in the other room. so it's hard to let him cry for soo long b/c my hubby has to get up early for work. Someone pls help me I am soo sleep deprived..
this may sound crazy but put him on the dryer for a little bit while your watching him and see if maybe the vibrations will help. if not then try some calming music or white noise. my three month old really likes it.
Babies like the vibration of the dryer or a car ride. I bought a Baby Roll Asleep that has that same vibration. I can sit in the dining room and roll him when he is colicky instead of having to stand in the laundry room or drive him around.
