    Question What Should I Eat?

My husband and I want to start our family. I have done research about what I should eat. However, I am severely allergic to any dairy products (milk, butter, ice cream, etc). What could and I should I eat to get a sufficient amount of calcium without having to take more than just prenatal vitamins. Thank you for your advice.

By the way, if you want to conceive a baby, you should also look in other vitamins/minerals (besides calcium) that will help increase your chances of success.
Here is a very good article and it also has a link to a table that you can download and stick to.. http://www.ovuline.com/ovublog/?p=41

    Good luck!
