I just wanted to join in on the Nov 08 forum. I'm pregnant with my first child. I'm due November 23. I'm very excited. I hope we all get to know one another through many more forums.

My name is Alyssa and I'm expecting my first baby November 5th. My mom insists I'm two weeks less pregnant than I am even though every doctor has given me the same due date. (She's crazy though...) And the baby couldn't care less anyway cause she's bigger than most babies so far. I was 9 pounds 14 ounces, so it's to be expected. My brother and sister-in-law keep buying me every pregnancy/baby thing they find in the thrift store... no matter how much I don't want to accept it. Do some or all of you hate everyone wanting to get in on giving you pregnancy and life tips? It drives me crazy. I'm doing what works best for me, the baby, and my husband. I'm glad I found this forum, I want to talk to people who know what I'm going through.
