    I LOVE the name Xander but my best friends' son is named that so I can't use it.

    I would name the kid "Alexander" and nickname him Zander.

    Oh that was the name I wanted for my baby (if this one is a boy), except spelled Xander. I adore the name, but my husband said he would see Vin Diesel in XXX every time he said it so he ruled it out. I am very disappointed, but what to do!
