I love the name Rhea. But our last name is a r sound so it would not roll right (you know what i mean?) I love Evie (named our dog that) I do love my sons name Corbin. We were gonna name him Kirsten if a girl. Just dont want it for this one. We also like Dylan. But my stupid brother-in-law made a joke about Dylan Right (our last name) and said it sounds like a car dealer, errrr.

I absolutely LOVE the name *Bella* and was planning on using it for my daughter-who-has-yet-to-be-conceived. Then, I was introduced to the Twilight series books..whose main character is Bella. As with any popular book, movie or celebrity- this name will be moved to "Top 10 names of 2009" and I would rather not have my daughter 1 of 20 Bella's in her class. Ughhh!

Aaden(for a boy)- Can't use it because my son's only cousin's name is Kaden.

Summer(for a girl)- can't because it sounds too funny with my last name.

    Tyler(for a boy)- hubby won't let me.

Taylor (for a girl)- my son's name is Tanner so my hubby says it would be too corny if all our kids names started with the same letter.

Come to think of it it is mostly my husband that stops me from using names that I love.... sad...

I like Madeline, cousin's daughter's name is Madison...I like Scarlett, that's my dog's name...I like Leah, DH hates it (his middle name is Lee and he thinks it's ridiculous) plus my OTHER cousin's daughter is Leana...

And don't even get me STARTED on names I like that DH says NO to (like he's gonna carry a baby in HIS body LOL)

There were so many names that I had picked through only a few months ago that my DH didn't like. I can remember a couple of them though:

    Devlin
Aiden(this was a top name so I'm glad we didn't pick this one - I know at least 2babies that have been named Aiden within the last several months - gorgeous name though)
    Liam
    Cort
Alton(DH wasn't keen on this one because he hates my foodnetwork obsession!)
    Tyler

We have officially decided on a first name for our boy, due July 4th... His name will be GAREN. We are very excited about the name but can't decide on a middle name, nothing just flows.

My husbands "funny" about the middle name is, "let's use O, that way when you say his name, it will be Garen O'Gardner"... he's sooo strange sometimes, lol

We are having fun with it and this thread is nice because all the baby books say the same thing... So, thanks for your names, there are a few that I really like

We like biblical names, so here's the ones my hubbie is refusing: Asher, Ezra, Asa. Here are several more that have already been used in our family/friends - and he's refusing to repeat: Andrew, Daniel, Samuel, Nathan.

I like Aryan (my husband says that's morbid) and Dakota (that's my husband's brothers name) and Bailey (he says that's a dog's name).

My husband likes Connor and Gavin (both names of my cousins) and Collin (a kid with that name threw up on me when I was younger, I'm scarred, haha)

I was trying to think of names that had "Pe" in them for a boy, as my husband's grandmothers name was Peig, and we are choosing boy names after the moms and girl names after the dads. I thought, oh "Peygan" what a cute name!! Then I said it out loud..... don't think that would go over well! So much for being creative!!
