    Default Healthy take-out

What's the least sinful thing that you can order from Chinese take-out? I know I should be cooking, but I am just too tired to think.

Probably the broccoli and beef.. See if they have brown rice instead of white rice but the white rice is still not bad. Chicken with steamed veggies is good. Plus lo mein is pretty kiddo friendly.
Spring rolls are fatty but tasty and have veggies inside!
    Good luck.
Just try to balance with whatever's in the fridge: milk, a couple slices of cheese, raisins, sliced apple.
Let me know what you picked!

yea, I heard the lo-mein (noodles) are the healthiest.
or any kind of 'steamed' dish--dont go for fried rice or anything with sauces-those are the worst.

I love the hot and sour soup and also my favorite chinese place does steamed dishes. I love the steamed shrimp and broccoli and it comes with a side of sauce that is made with wine, ginger and garlic. It is so good and healthy! They also substitute brown rice for white on request.
