I'm 6 weeks post partum, and just started going to Jazzercise, and I love it! I went for a few months after I had my first baby, and it really helped me get into shape. We do 30 minutes of cardio, then 30 minutes of strength training. Anyone else do it?

I do pilates, and have loved the results. Just the little Crunch DVD has worked wonders for me. It has a 10 minute whole-body routine then you pick your poison with abs, butt, or thighs for another 15 minutes.
