My appointment went well. There is only one baby. A friend still thinks that the second one is hiding behind this one. My levels were high but it just means that this baby isn't going anywhere.
I have been feeling pretty good. Still completely exhausted. The only other issue is that the later in the day it gets the more nauseas I am. I am ready for the second trimester. As of now I am 10 weeks and 3 days. The times going by pretty fast.
i know what you mean about starting to show earlier. im at 12 weeks today and i feel huge. i outgrew most of my work clothes last week. ive been wearing maternity clothes already. i remember not wearing maternity clothes til 5 months last time. its ok though, except for the fact that other than my boss i havent told anyone that i am pregnant. so they probably just think im getting fat. i also just started to feel pregnant this week too. i have my ultra sound for my first trimester sceen wed and i am excited about it I cant wait to see him/her.
Hope everyone is feeling well.
Im from New York.
Hi i'm new to this website so bare with me, I am due Jan 2nd, I am 14 weeks and 1 day prego, with my first, me and my hubby have been trying officially since November,
I havent had any morning sickness, just heartburn and food aversions/cravings, lately i have been having a feeling on my upper belly where it feels like my muscles are stretching a way they never have before, only when I stretch or bend down to grab something.
all my friends think im having a girl because the top off my belly is sticking out a little more than usual, and the heartbeat has always been around 155 bpm, I have had 2 ultrasounds, the first one it was just a peanut shaped thing, and i had my second last week for the first tri screening it was cool to see it jump and spin and actually moving!! everything came back normal so that was great, my doctor wants me back around my 16 wk mark to see the sex of the baby, but i was thinking 18 wks just to be safe!
I also know the feeling that maternity clothes are a must, my pants are still fitting ok its just my shirts that are all tight!!!
I am from Duluth MN USA
had my ultrasound today. everything looks great. baby has all limbs and a nose and lips heartbeat is 164/min, so i think its a girl. not really, probably a boy. but its fun to pick on my husband about it.
hope everyone is doing well
TICK TOCKKKKK i cant wait to find out if its a girl or boy...16 weeks and counting...feeling better then i did the first tri!! things r lookin goooooood! first trimester screening came back negative so thats a sigh of relief...dissapointed i found out i have hpv but i guess things could b worse! 3 more weeks till my big ultrasound...anyone gonna get a 3D/4D ultrasound? im thinking i might...everyone i know whose had one says there pretty coooool!!
How is everyone feeling? I am so much better than I was in the begining. Anyone found out the sex yet? I don't have my next appt til the 5th. And then I will make the appt ofr the ultra sound. I don't really have a feeling either way. My husbands family is good at making boys so that's probably the way it will go.
Hope everyone is well.
I've been feeling pretty good. The extreme tiredness hasn't gone away but with an almost 6 yr old and a full time job its hard to rest. I have my next appointment on the 17th and we will then make our ultrasound appt to find out the sex. With his family it seems that all the boys end up with girls and the one girl has gotten the only boy. We will see.
Anyone have names picked out? So far for a boy we have Peyton just working on a middle name either Matthew or Allen. Then for a girl we have a few: Payton, Campbell, Dayton, Libby. We will see!!
I have been thinking about names.
I really like Jaylyn and Reagan both with the middle name Elaine. Elaine is a family name.
And for a boy I like Jameson and Ian with the middle name Randall. Randall is a family name as well.
I feel like once we find out the sex the name will fall into place. That is what happened last time anyway. I think that names are the hardest thing. It's something that needs to fit when they are young and when they grow up. Most kids do seem to grow into their names though.
I feel for you with the tiredness. Mine isnt as bad but I am having a hard time making it through a day at work with out wanting to lay on my desk. By the time I get home though it is too late to nap. I would rather just get to bed early. I also have another child at home. He is two though. And luckily for me my husband is a teacher so he has been home all summer and he has been doing most of the home stuff.
Hope everyone is feeling great. Wish the board was a little more active, but I think in a month or so when everyone really feels and looks pregnant it will liven up
My appointment for my next ultrasound is one week from today. Can't wait to find out if it is a girl or boy, even though it really doesn't matter to me either way.
Hope things are going well for everyone.
