Hi there, I am currently due in less than 8 weeks with our first boy. My husband and I would like to keep our name a secret from friends and family until we have definitely decided on one for many reasons...but we need some help!

What do you think of Sullivan Scott McB____?

We both like Sully as a nickname, and Scott is a meaningful family name. We love Sullivan for a "grown up" name as well.


Objective opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks from a desperate mommy-to-be!!!

first of all congrats on ur pregnancy and second good idea to keep it a secret, i made the mistake of telling my family and friends wat we have chosen for our son (i am 26 weeks preggas) and have had to hear both positive and negative feedback. next time round i am def not guna tell anyone until the baby has arrived!
as for ur name i think it very unique and i really like it, im not in to too common names but also dont like too out there names but i think all round Sullivan is a great boys name for all stage of his life and it sounds well with Scott.

I love Sullivan Scott! Those two names make such a cute combination. I think that you are making the right decision in not telling anyone the name. I don't know why people automatically assume that you want their opinion.
