Smile Help! Looking for FOOD article

    Hi there-
Just got back from the Dr.'s office and read the Parenting School Years mag. and saw a quick article on nutrition about foods that a nutritionist keeps in her fridge ready to go to feed her family of 5 quick meals. I started frantically writing (so I didn't have to swipe the mag) but I didn't get it all. Not sure what month/year the mag way from, but I'd love to have the list since I'm expecting baby #4 in 5 weeks! It starts out with 4 Hard boiled eggs and 2 chicken breasts (poached and diced) and 1/2 lb. ground turkey....any help with this would be awesome!!!!

Default Healthy Finger Foods for Toddlers

I don't know which article you are referring to, BUT I just attended a finger food workshop that gave me SO many great ideas on what to feed my toddler...healthy staples for the WHOLE family. We now feed our daughter exactly what my husband and I eat every night...we don't have to make/cook two meals anymore!

Here is my review on the finger food workshop...it talks about ideas and then it links to the website for the person who facilitated the workshop...TONS of yummy recipes and ideas!

    I really hope this helps!!!
