Question Strange Behavior in 5yr old

Okay. I'm a at a loss here, and am curious if there are any other children that do this. My daughter is obsessed with how I respond to her. When she asks me a question, I cannot nod my head, I cannot say 'Uh-huh', 'Sure', or even 'yes'. If I do not answer with Okay, she throws a fit until I do. When it is time for anyone to leave or for her to go to bed, she has a routine that we must go through, exactly. When she says Goodnight, I have to respond with 'Goodnight, too.' If I omit the 'too', she is not satisfied. After saying I love you to me, I have to respond with 'I love you, too.' You get the picture here. She will literally throw a fit if things are not said the way she want's them to be said. I'm confused. Anyone else out there have this problem?

I'm no expert by any means. But if she's so "into" her routine maybe check OCD?

I have a few cousins who have this condition and they are very into their routines. It's nothing too serious. But that's what it sounds like to me.
