    Question Recurring diaper rash

We are working on a guide to diaper rash, and we'd love to hear from moms who have dealt with this. It can be thrush, yeast infection or just plain old diaper rash. Please reply below, or e-mail us at tellus@parenting.com.

    Thanks!

my daughter, 9 months now, kept getting a diaper rash. it would last 3 days, clear up and then show up a week later. i felt like a bad mom because it kept coming back over and over! finally i found the miracle worker! cvs brand medicated diaper rash cream and i would soak her bottom in aveeno baby bath. it comes in a box, has about 4 packets and its awsome. you can use it for bug bites and chicken pox. i also changed her from luvs to huggies, that seemed to help. GOODBYE DIAPER RASH!

I put Nursery Vaseline on my baby's genitals/butt area after every diaper change and that works wonders! You may want to give that a try.
