my oldest has Eczema and ijust buy the over the counter stuff from walmart and it seems to work but every since we started potty training he's little bottom is covered in pimples his dr told me to start using clean and clear or other products like it twice a day until it clears up. so now we have gone from a bath every night before bed to a bath first thing in the morning and a bath before bed it seems to working a little and my son is loving it cause he is a water bug. my youngest on the other hand if i dont wake him up in the middle of the night for a diaper change he will have a nasty diaper rash by morning ive done everything i could to keep him from getting one but nothing seems to be working his dr said its because of him being a red head blue eyed child his skin is ever sensitive.
