Chicken ideas!

Any chicken ideas would be great! I love it, but don't know any great recipes!

One great way to do chicken is to roast it. My personal favorite is to take boneless, skinless chicken breasts and drizzle them with olive oil and add herbs de provence, salt, pepper, and chicken broth. I then bake them uncovered at 350 degrees until the thickest pieces are no longer pink. The meat comes out juicy, tender, and is great by itself or in salads, soups, eggs...whatever.

Even my somewhat-picky 15 month old eats chicken this way. If you want other ideas, I strongly suggest looking at Rachael Ray's website- she has some great ideas.

The best thing about chicken is that you can do pretty much anything with it and it's going to come out just fine. It's such a versatile meat. Good luck!
