    Unhappy Implants and breast feeding/pumping

I had augmentation surgery about 5 months before I found out I was pregnant. Aside from my youngest daughter who was born with Cleft Lip and Palate, I breastfed my other children and supplemented with formula.

I am now 39 weeks and yes, I do want to breast feed. My surgeon said I should not have any trouble. My OB/GYN said the same. I am still nervous though. Has anyone else had problems feeding or pumping after this surgery? What about with engorgement?
