3rd baby

We just found out that we are going to have baby number 3. This will be our final baby. So my question is if you could only buy one item, what would you buy? A new fancy carseat that is much much easier to install (instead of baby using a hand-me down), another swing to have one on the main floor and one in the walk out, finished basement that the kids play in sometimes (we have a ranch style house) or a new sling, cause mommy's like new things too. LOL.

Just wanted to see everyone's opinion!

I would say all of the above! We're having #3 tomorrow, and we got a new carseat (it was too hard fitting 3 on the back row, so we had to get new, slimmer seats so they could fit. Better than buying a new car) We haven't bought a new swing yet, but if it will make my life even a smidge bit easier, I will be at the Babies r Us in a heartbeat. We bought the twins a bunch of new toys to keep them occupied when I'm dealing with new baby, (no basement potential in our house, but it would be nice!) and I would give you a green light for a new shiny toy for you too! My big splurge for myself/baby was a brand new crib set, instead of using a hand-me down from my friend. Now baby's nursery is AWESOME!
