is this round ligament pain??

Hi, I'm 29 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and it's been almost 5 years since I was pregnant with my first baby. I can't recall feeling this pain with my 1st pregnancy. It's like a prickly feeling like needles right under my ribs on the right side. anyone else experienced this? I guess it could be stretching skin or the baby but I just don't remember having this before.

I remember round ligament pain being lower, near the pelvis, that is where the ligament attaches. If I remember right, I was having a similar feeling. The doctor told me in my case it was nothing unless . . .(don't remember the actual symptoms). If I was feeling those other symptoms then it could be spleen or gallbladder issues or something like that. In other words, it is probably nothing (maybe baby kicking you hard), but talk to your doctor soon just in case (call him if your next appointment is more than a week or two out).
