    Talking Cravings

So has anyone else been experiencing cravings? I thought we could all use a laugh at the wierd things we just have to have right then (and the poor spouses that have to try to satisfy those cravings).

I hadn't experinced any cravings until two days before Christmas. First it was Texas State Fair corn dogs (just happend to walk by them while grocery shopping). Then it was a desperate need for a diet coke and not just any diet coke but a fountian drink diet coke. Then Christmas Eve my poor hubby had to run to 5 stores to find me the plain holiday M&Ms. Now all I want is Chick-fil-A nuggets for breakfast, lunch and dinner...this baby is going to be huge!

Even during the worst months of nausea, I thought about spicy vegetarian Thai, Mexican and Chinese food, REALLY spicy, like veggie soup with jalapenos, cilantro and lemon grass, my dad's garden salsa, and fresh summer fruit like mangoes, tomatoes, peaches--whatever I absolutely can't get in winter in northern France. I packed in all I could while I was home in California for Christmas and I miss it already! Instead I'm stuck with protein powder smoothies and plain yoghurt.
Maybe I just imagined it but after a few helpings of extra spicy food it seemed like the babies kicked and wiggled a lot harder all night. I felt guilty. I don't think they have learned to like chili peppers yet.
