A lot of women work full time while pregnant and everything is fine. I work 40 hours a week and will throughout my pregnancy, granted this time around I get to sit down behind a desk. However, throughout my first pregnancy I worked 60 plus hours a week on my feet the whole time as a fast food restaurant co-manager. I didn't cut back my hours until 3 weeks before my due date and my little man came out perfectly fine. As long as your doctor hasn't given you any reason to not go full time, I would suspect that you would not be causing any undue strain to your child.

I am working full-time, although I sit at a desk all day. With my extreme fatigue, it is difficult at times to stay awake, but other than that everything is fine. You should be okay. When is the little one due? I am anxiously anticipating June 17th...WHEW!
