Not all pregnancies are the same. Don't worry (or be thankful) that you are not suffering from morning sickness. Some just experience this on the early part of pregnancy and some on the late stage. There are even those who don't experience this at all.

I am almost 11 weeks and haven't had any morning sickness. Several times I have felt nauseous but no sickness thus far and everything is fine. I had an ultrasound three days ago and the heartbeat was 160 and the baby was moving all around!

Like the others said, consider yourself lucky! Try not to worry too much about the absence of the morning sickness. Mine began at six wks and continued until well into my 5th month! Congratulations to you and count your lucky stars!

Im 29weeks pregnant and didnt feel sick til my second trimester, and even then, i mostly gagged! Ive never really gotten sick much, well unless i was brushing my teether during the 2nd trimester lol, but no worries, your illness doesnt state whether or not your babies well, its just how well your system is handling it!

    Default Morning Sickness

I totally understand your concern! Each pregnancy is different - I'm sure you've heard that plenty. With my 2nd pregnancy my dr was concerned because my hormone levels were very low & i therefore didn't have morning sickness. Some times the low hormones can be an indicator of a pregnancy that might not "take". And more often than not - it means nothing. Just take it one day at a time and trust that your baby is ok. Once you get your first sonogram - at whatever point in the next few weeks - you'll know that you are just fine. From what I read, once the baby can be seen on a sonogram - no need to worry about the hormone levels since the sonogram is a better indicator that the pregnancy is progessing. Just have faith!
