Fiber One makes a great pancake mix and you know it's mostly healthy (so far we've been able to not add syrup). PLus if you make it with milk rather than water, all the better. Also what's fun is french toast. Just take wheat or whole grain bread, dip in whipped egg (maybe with sprinkle of cinnamon) and just a few minutes on each side on the griddle. They get their grains and protein and if you slice into strips, it makes it easy to hold and eat cold. All else fails, cheese sticks travel well if you're in a hurry and have to eat on the go. Also I keep a box of Puffin cereal in the car so that if EV didn't eat much in the morning, she can have a few nibbles on the way to daycare.

I just attended a finger food workshop (I know it sounds silly) and they gave us some great ideas on what to feed our daughter...simple, healthy meals or snacks for the whole family.

You can find out more info here...http://newmommyoasis.com/lisa-feeding-little-foodies/

    Good luck!

Anybody have breakfast food ideas I can give to my 21 month old toddler. I can't get him to eat breakfast. He eats lunch an dinner fine jus refuses breakfast.

You can give him oatmeal and a fruit cup. French toast stick cut up. Pancakes cut up or waffles cut up. Scrambled eggs with cut up ham in it. Grits. It doesn't have to be a big breakfast. Try the french toast sticks and a fruit.

It is very much important to take care about kids breakfast routine because it helps to grow baby fast. I think now you can give eggs, boiled potato, boiled dal etc which is hygienic and easily digestive for baby.
