    Default Anyone had this???

I am 12 weeks along with my second baby and the morning sickness is gone, but I have numbness in my hands, arms, legs, and feet in the mornings. Every morning! It so bad I cannot stand because my legs won't support me. I have to lay here until it goes away, 40 minutes yesterday! Anyone had this? Any ideas to help?

No on the numbness, but I had bad leg cramps throughout the night as I progressed in my first pregnany and it got worse the further I got. I found that if I drank lots of water (even kept some near the bed) and slept with a body pillow between my legs, it would eliviate most of the discomfort. As I always tell people with health related questions, however, is let your doctor know what is going on.

Hmm...that sounds weird. I know that pregnancy puts you at greater risk for carpal tunnel syndrome for some reason. I've had it for years from too much typing and piano and sewing. Maybe it's a compressed nerve problem like CPS? I've never heard of it affecting the legs, though. Or poor circulation? I would definitely get it checked out!
