I don't know what it all is but my husband and I are trying for our first baby so hopefully my body will start acting normal and working right. Anybody else go thru this?

I have 2 beautiful children and my daughter shares her birthday with your little girl.... Goodluck to you all that are having your Implanon removed I will let you know how we go.....

I will be checking back here though as I am curious about the removal process and everything as well so let me know.
hi, i had my implant removed today after 6 months, which was a painless procedure as the nurse injected a anistetic around myimplant so the area went numb, the whole process took around 20 mins. I have a small incision scare which was steri stripped and bandaged (removed after 2 days to reduce bruising). The nurse said fertility should go back to normal straight away, so i will wait and see! I have 3 lovely children at the moment and my last pregnancy was 5 years ago. Good luck everyone

Default had the implanon and many problems

So i'm 22 now and i got the implanon when i was 19 not even 6 months later i was told i had cancer bc of spotting and other things that looked like it could be cancer. I waited an additional 6 months to get the implanon removed and in that time i went premenepausal apparently caused from the implanon. I was told before i turned 21 that i wasn't able to have children. I've been off of the bc for over a year now and i have regular periods and have tried to get pregnant since this past janruary with no results. Has anyone else had anything similar to what i have been through? Any hope, my husband has two children from a previous marriage and said he doesn't mind but any woman can relate that you just don't feel complete if you can't have your own children.

Catherine32- Im sorry to hear that you have had to deal with so much starting at such a young age. I know that my scenario doesnt compare to cancer, but since my first period at 13 I have had severely painful cycles to the point of having to constantly take pain meds to cope. In that time we discovered that I had severe (large) cysts and endermetriosis. By the time I was 22 I had 4-5 surgeries having to remove cysts (trying to catch before rupture) and scar tissue. My scenario was so bad that the doctor pretty much guaranteed me I couldn't get pregnant (if I did- most likely be tubual preg). I went on this BC to reduce the growth of scar tissue. It helped alot and barely had any periods. When I got married I wanted children more then anything, so I figured "what the hay" and took it out. 5 Months after removal I had a healthy full term prego. Got back on tried again 2 years later and after several months of trying discovered i had a second child on the way(also FT heatlhy). Had I believed the several doctors that told me I couldnt- I wouldnt have a healthy 3 and 5 yr old today. Nobody can be 100% accurate about your body (unless of course that Dr gave you a full Hysterectomy, lol). Keep trying, dont give up. My advice is try using the conception tracking calendars that can help you figure out your most fertile days of the month. Good Luck and Wish you and your Hubby the Best!!

    Question TTC Desperately

I had my AF from 9/2 or 9/3 until 9/8 or 9/9 and then had implanon taken 9/10. I had 2 days of bleeding again on 9/15 and 9/16. Have been TTC every day or every 2 days since. I have taken ovulation tests and pg test and all have come up negative. I had EWCM on 9/28 and 9/30 with the most on 9/30. I took the OPK yesterday and today and both came up negative. I don't understand. I thought EWCM was a good predictor of ovulation?! I would think with all the TTC we should have pretty good chances but I don't know how long it will take. Any advice or suggestions?
