You can get tucks at walmart, walgreens, any of those places. I dont know about the fiber though
Hopefully the doctor will be able to prescribe me a vitamin that doesn't make my stool so hard.
A non-medicated suppository can still be taken while pregnant and will not harm the baby as it is locally administered. This just "greases" things up down there and allows the tissue to stretch. This can really aid in the healing.
Before I got pregnant I had horrible stomach issues...I wouldn't go for days sometimes weeks. My Dr. gave me a a Stool Softener and it worked wonders. I know your going everyday, but this will almost always work and make things come a lot easier. You can also buy tasteless Fiber pounder to add to anything you cook. I add it to most of the food I cook for me and my husband. You can get it on the supplement isle at the store and it will be with the fiber supplements. It seems to be working with my current pregnancy. And instead of me taking my horrible prenatal I take Flintstones with Iron they seem to be a little bit easier on the stomach and constipation. Also drink lots and lots of water that can't help make it softer also.
I hope these help.
Thank you all so much for the advice! The non medicated suppositories sound like just what I need. I'm so glad you told me because I wasn't aware they had un medicated. I have been trying to drink as much water as possible. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and I'm hoping he can prescribe me a decent prenatal to take. I really appreciate all the help!!!
