    Smile General planning assistance needed!

    Hi friends,

My hubby and I are ready to start trying for baby #2 soon (the love of our lives is 14 months old - smart, sassy and adorable!) I know I should get a physical, stop my BCP, see the dentist, start taking a pre-natal vitamin and folic acid... but what else?!?!

I want this to go as smoothly as possible and am looking for help from those of you who have already been through this #2 conception-thing

Get yourself a BBT thermometer and join fertilityfriend.com They will help you track how long your cycles are, when you Ovulate and how long your luteal phase is. That's the time from when you O to when AF starts. You want it longer than 10 days. It helped out a lot to know when to plan BDing. You'll want to start BDing a few days before Oing and have it as much as possible till ff says you have O'd.

I would maybe also say just take a deep breath and give it a couple of months before going too crazy -- sometimes being chill can help, even though that is obviously super hard.
