La Fonda del Sol Verde from FLOR's Alexander Girard Collection

1960s design legend Alexander Girard created these iconic images of the sun for New York's La Fonda del Sol restaurant. The restaurant has long since closed down, but his designs live on in FLOR's bright, popping modular tile rugs. The velvety textile squares manage to be nursery-friendly and high-art chic at the same time.
