Cookies for a Great Cause

By Elizabeth at Parenting on Monday, December 1, 11:33 am EST

If you're looking for a gift that gives back, consider Cookies for Kids' Cancer. The group is working to raise research money for pediatric cancer research, and 75% of all the proceeds go directly to the cause. The org was started in honor of 4-year-old Liam Witt, who's been fighting neuroblastoma for nearly two years. (And don't miss his family's riveting blog, Prince Liam the Brave).

I'll be ordering up a bag of Liam's Lemon Sugar Cookies, but you might like Chocolate Chip or Chewy Oatmeal Raisin. The cost is $30 for a dozen...a pretty sweet price for helping to save children's lives.
