our sunday school was planning a trip the outer banks a few weeks back. the guy in charge of it (an active marine) planned it all out and put it on a power point presentation and emailed it. it had the departure times, google maps pictures, all sorts of traffic routes, weather.com links, possible weather forcasts, and all sorts of stuff to do while we were there. he does that for his family reunions too LOL
