blue blankie
5/21/2009 at 12:07 pm
Like a previous commenter, I have a "blue blankie" that has been with me since I was a child. (I'm now 34, married with a child of my own.) My son also has a blue blanket he calls "wawa." His nursery mistakenly sent it home with another child and we didn't get it back until a week later...the longest week of my life. I can still hear his little voice crying for wawa. Definitely a need at this stage, and perfectly normal, I think!
