What a great and safe way for your husband to teach the boys about bad words. It takes some of the pleasure away to have *permission* to say them, plus, as you said, the boys discovered they weren't really that much fun to say anyway. :) The Bible says that the issues of life flow out of the heart...I think the tongue is neither good nor bad, but it's simply a messenger of what's in your heart. What a great lesson to learn before those words and thoughts have had time to take hold on them - kudos to you and your husband. :)
