Both my first two daughters were late, so I was convinced Baby #3 would be late too. So convinced that I kept doing things like attending concerts and visiting friends out of town, even though I was within weeks of my due date. And I didn't have bags packed, or the house clean, or the seat in the car, or anything, because I thought I still had a couple weeks to go. And then I went into labor a week early! So be glad you got all your prep done now, because babies can surprise you.
