Parmesian cheese is "sprinkle cheese" and is a favorite when paired with "chubby noodles" a.k.a. rigatoni. My all-time favorite deception was pulled by my mother though.... she insisted that the main ingredient in zuccini bread was pistacio. We CALLED it Pistacio Bread for years.
