Dear K. I am so thankful for your great husband and friends. They not only make it possible for you to survive, but they help you to know that you are loved. And right now (with our backs fighting us for every movement) feeling loved is very encouraging. A friend of mine came over yesterday with freshly baked cookies and offered to vacume and scrub my floors. Boy, do I appreciate her. (by the way, my chiropractor said that vacuming is terrible for your back - throws everything out of alignment with each sweep. I'm trying to avoid it like the plague...because, let's face it, back pain is a plague.)
