My dear children wash the bathroom. They use the sweet-smelling soap, and water of course, to wash the sink, the counter, the cabinets, the mirror, the wall, the light switch, the, well, you get the idea. Of course things are cleaner if you just leave the soap and water right there. It's shinier that way I suppose. Amazing to me is that my kids do not go ga-ga over the toilet paper. Maybe I did too good a job of keeping the roll out of toddler hands. My middle son did try flushing the entire new roll one time. The bathroom is also the best dark spot in our house. The place to take all the glow-in-the-dark toys to test that claim. The place to take anything light up to play with it. I've often thought these cookie-cutter house builders might be a little more family friendly by building nice big bathrooms.
