You know that supposedly you can effect the gender by what you eat around the time of conception too? I have read a few articles about this and it might be a way to get a girl without risking not getting pregnant. Also, I get the fertile cm a few days before ovulation. The sperm probably arent going to make it hanging out up there if you dont have the eggwhite CM... do you do your basal? Once I got into the habit it became SO helpful. I always get a temp dip the day before I ovulate and the ov test confirms it the next morning... and it is very clearly positive (I thought it was pretty vague until I got the positive which showed up darker right away than the control line).
