re: Exercise Regime

I really hear you. Running in order to be able to run farther and faster the next day always seemed pointless to me, too. But of course it's important. How about finding some kind of exercise that is more motivating to you? I hate to exercise, but in my late 20's I joined a Kung Fu school and got in the best shape of my life -- until I had kids. But I hope to return someday. It was so much fun. Good luck!
