This year, we made an important decision for our toddler: we're committed to perpetuating the Santa Clause myth. We're doing it because, well, what other opportunities does she have to believe -- really believe -- in magic?

We talked about what she wants -- to be challenged, have her skills be appreciated, and to grow beyond the position she takes. It was clear that she is articulate and introspective; a candidate with high potential.
