My son is 1 year and 2 weeks old today. And I can say that I am finally down to my prepregnancy weight. It took forever but I did it healthy through appropriate diet and exercise. Of course the weight that is left is definitely in different places and I can really use some good toning. But I did it!

My DD is 6 months and i still have 15-20 pounds to go (i gained 60 lbs) I am at the point where i am really struggling with it. the first 25 flew off, then i was steadily losing and about a month and a half ago i platuead and then gained 4 pounds! my goal is halloween cuz its my 9 months down, but it's not looking hopeful.

My goal was a year, but it was really difficult. I only gained 36 pounds and I dropped the first 15 when he was born. I lost another 5 over the next month. But those last 16 pounds would not go! I held onto them until these last couple months. I run three days a week and do yoga every night. Still, nothing. Then I dropped almost 10 pounds in a month, and shed the last of it over the last few weeks.
It feels great to have lost the baby weight. Now I just want to tone it up. I was in great shape before I had my son, hitting the gym regularly and everything. I would like to get back to that. Also, both of my kids are very active. My daughter plays soccer and is in gymnastics and I like being able to help her practice. My son is now walking and climbing and I need to be able to keep up with him (maybe that's where those last few pounds went)!.
Thank you, it does feel great. Chin up, you'll get there before you know it.
