And you did your child also go thru this problem as well, if so, then please tell me what you did or if your child didn't go thru this but at least tell me what i can do for him and help he get back on track and get him to pee and poop in the potty as well. My daughter was going days without accidents and then just stopped wanting to use the potty, we gave her some time off and when she was ready she just started doing it herself again. She decides to do it every couple of months, but then goes back to doing great. Our pediatrician says that it can just be a sign of wanting independence and to do things on their own terms and in their own timetable, it can also be a sign that your child is feeling stressed. The things that work for us when she is going through one of these phases are:
1. Don't make a big deal out of using the potty, if they do or if they don't
2. Go back to diapers, this frequently makes her start using the potty right away because she doesn't like them
2. Don't change their diaper until they come to you and ask you to (if it is something that is making them sore or could be a big mess and they won't come to you, you should change them.)
This potty training stuff is really difficult and all anyone tells me is that she will do it when she wants to. Hopefully these tips can help you guys a little bit

i don't make a big deal out of anything in my house. I try not to do it with potty training i know if they don't want to do it in the first try's of it but i never had a problem with him peeing and pooping in the potty i will put him back in diapers that what made him trained he didn't like diapers on him at all so that was when we put him on the potty and the first time we sat him on it he peed and it surprised both me and my husband as well and he seemed to like getting prised and liked getting starts for his star chart. But should i put his star chart away while he's like this or should i keep it up just in case? But when ever he's pees or poops in his pull up he cry's and begs for me to change him but every time he says he needs to go potty and every time i or my husband try's to put him on the potty he cry's and wants off and right after his pull-up is on him he pees or poops in it. And i don't seem to get that at all.

That really sounds rough! I wish I had better suggestions to help. I personally would take the star chart down because our pediatrician said it is a way for her to see that she is controlling the situation (does that make sense?)
Our second just started to potty train and at first he would come to us and tell us he had to go, throw a fit when we set him on the potty and then pee or poop right after too. The one thing that surprisingly seems to help is to let him sit on the big potty (he has a little seat that sits on the big seat) backwards. He likes it because he can see himself pee instead of just hearing the splashing. I don't know if it would help, but anything's worth a try right?

i took down his star chart i didn't think it that bright to keep it up whiles he like this. I also tried sitting him on the big potty but screamed he liked his little potty he likes to hear his pee go into the potty even if he can't see it some kids like that some kids don't he's almost ready to switch to the bigger potty but not just yet i keep them on their potty chair for as long as i can and then switch them. I'll keep you posted about this. And i'll see how long this will last. i hope not that long i don't want to be changing his diaper at age 5 casue i don't want my second oldest to be like "hey he's still in diapers so why did mommy potty train me" so i hope this lasts not to long i just need to ingnor problem so it doesn't progrest into a huge battle of wills i want this over as soon as possible.
