Fancy dress! Help!

I need to purchase a High School Musical cheerleader costume for my daughter to wear to a fancy dress party. After looking at the size options on a couple of websites I've seen the 'large' size says ages 11-12 which my daughter is, but she has a 36-8" waist and 34-36B-C bust. She is however about average height for her age. Will the costume fit? I'm prepared to import/rent from somewhere if necessary, she really wants one. Any advice welcome!!
