My daughter had really bad nappy rash from teething, I tried all sorts of known creams and while they eased the redness it never seemed to go away, then a friend from Australia told me about this product she used on her children, it is all natural and based on apricot oil, I thought I had nothing to loose so I got her to send some over.
After the first treatment I saw an improvement, then soon the rash had completely gone, then I only used it once a day to keep the rash from returning, the product is also great on getting rid of craddle cap and can be used for mom as well to help fade stretch marks...(it worked for mine)...
It may not be cheap and has to be ordered in Australia but it really works...
