I'm was so certain I was having a boy. My hubby's family all agreed the way I was carrying. This is my first pregnancy. I'm 19 weeks. I had no morning sickness. I'm feeling great! Still feeling great. Last Thursday 7/23/09 I went to the ultrasound appointment to find out our baby's sex. My husband and I were floored when the doctor said we were having a baby girl! My husband said, are you sure? He said I'm positive. We all started to LAUGH !!! My Husband is one of six boys. No girls in our huge family. So she's going to have a ton of Uncles! But I was shocked. I even had a dream it was a baby boy! I even picked out a name, my husband's name and he would become a Jr. But now we looking at pinks/lavendars/pastels. And Thinking still this is too funny. So now my hubby said my little girl is gonna do everything my son would do. She's going to be very tom-boyish. I'm just grateful he's warming up to having a daddy's little girl !!!
Wanting a boy still but we will see how this one goes. My hubby said he doesnt want to set him up for disappointment, he thinks now allhe can reproduce is little girls.... LOL....
My Due date is 12/26/09. It's going to be a XMAS Baby I'm sure!
I'm jealous that your having a boy, but hopefully next time we could have a boy too, next time around. Maybe in 3 years we will plan it again.'
Smiles,
christina
