I had my daughter almost 6 months ago and every night I wake up in the middle of the night sweating like crazy It doesn't matter what the weather is like or what pj's I'm wearing. Has anyone else encountered this? Does it ever end? I feel so gross when I wake up!

yeah, I remember after having my 2nd one I even had to change my deodorant b/c my previous one didn't seem to be working anymore. I guess some things don't go back to normal. But the night sweats did end for me eventually.

You're not the only one. Night sweats are pretty normal after a baby. Your hormones are in play, you've got extra fluids in your body to get rid of, etc.
Since it has been 6 months since your delivery, I'd encourage you to give your physican a heads up this is still happening. Certainly can't hurt.

Hi Reagansmom,
I agree with the previous posts that you ought to bring this up with your Oby/Gyn. Are you nursing? If so, you may be having hot flashes. When we are nursing our levels of estrogen are very low which can result in hot flashes. If you are not nursing, you could be extremely stressed or fighting a virus (cold, etc.). If it happens longer than a month you ought to go have it checked out.
good luck!
