I am 37 weeks pregnant and I am having back pains that's getting worse and sometimes I will have cramps with the back pain. What does that mean? Why is it doing that?

Completely agree with bec. Call your doctor. It could be something as simple as sciatica or something as serious as labor. Eitherway the only way you will be able to determine what's going on is with a physical examination by a medical professional. Hope all is well and if it's labor good luck!!
