So I don't consider myself a potty mouth but I did enjoy knowing that I could say **** you and eat **** when I wanted to. What if I thought that the lady at my daughter's daycare was a *****? how would I get my real point across?

Apparently, this community board is a curse free zone.

However, I think that I like the fact that I can curse and they will provide the parental control and I don't have to worry for once!!

So curse away. Put those trucker mouths to good use!

PS. It's also fun to note that the profanity blocker fails to see words like Asshole, prick, and bitches as bad words

Damn and pussy gets through too :p (yeah, I'm hung up on those words today)

I can see why prick has to get through, though. It truly does have other uses. Unlike ass which though is a donkey, isn't really used anymore for donkey.

Am I going to get myself banned today? :p

What I don't get is that they prioritized scensoring this forum way ahead of fixing the avatars and making it more user friendly. None of us gives a **** if someone says *****, **** or **** unless it's being directed at a forum member.

If you want to use a "banned" word, you just have to change one letter and it gets through. Their filter isn't very high tech, it only catches the basics.

And, if there was actually an article in the magazine that said "b*tch," then they are being very hypocritical...

i think we should be able to say what we want! if we are having a bad day and just want to get **** off our chest i think we should be able to use whatever words we want to!
and your right nobody on here gives a damn unless its being directed toward someone else!

Hi all-

You may have noticed spam is getting to be a big problem on the boards. In an attempt to reduce spam, the "Smut Filter" had to be tuned on. We decided to bleep out the baddest of bad words and let the posts go live (and the conversations continue), rather than have the system automatically hold these posts for our moderation along with all the spam, which can sometimes take a while to get through.

Hope you understand -- and keep the conversation going!

This is the funniest thread to read through! It's like that mad libs game we played growing up. "What if I wanted to ***** or talk ****", insert profane verb and adjective as desired.

Hilarious!!
