I made my first recipe from this cookbook last night, No Harm Chicken Parm. It included peas, spinach, broccoli, whole wheat flour, wheat germ and other ingredients. My 4 year old ate everything on her plate! She will eat vegetables, but she hardly ever eats meat and eats only a few bites of anything else. Since we never make her alternative foods and only serve what we are eating, she eats very little; although she never complains of being hungry. So, this was a major breakthrough. She even told me how much she liked it and did not get out of her seat once until she had finished all of her food. For anyone else with a picky eater, I highly recommend this cookbook.
