Today I decided that I will no longer be fat!!! I joined this program & did the workouts this morning (okay so only half but i havent worked out in like 2 years!) I also found this great stretch mark cream from someones blog & started using that last night. Took some vitamins this morning & am already feeling like a new person. I am ready to start feeling good about myself again. I browsed over the workouts a couple of months ago but decided that I was too lazy...not today :)

Take charge of your life. I love it....good for you atuck88! That is exactly what I say about wieght loss! It is not ALL about the food you eat, the exercise, etc. It starts in your head first. YOu really have to "take charge" and WANT to make changes.

I decided this last September and now I’m almost 50 pounds lighter. I woke up one day and decided, like you, "I don't want to be fat anymore". You can't do it for anyone else and if you want to be successful at losing weight and keeping it off, you need to decide when it's time to take control.

I lost 70 lbs before I got married (2 kids later added 50 lbs back), so knew I could do it again. I have always been active, but really increased my work-outs and cut out refined garbage from my diet (of course giving myself wiggle room around holidays and special occasions).

I’ve recently sold my larger clothes on Craigslist (not going to have another baby, and I don’t want larger sizes as backup within my reach), and I took my smaller size clothes out of the space bags. I have an all new wardrobe now! I went shopping last week, and it was such a wonderful feeling to go to the department store and pull something off the rack and have it fit – and sometimes it was too big! I still have another 20-25 pounds to go, but I’m on the right track and I know I’ll get to my goal if I stick with what I’m doing.

Good luck with your lifestyle change and remember, diets don't work - you have to change your thinking and lifestyle. Just stick to it and you'll see results!
