I'm 22 years old and I have an 8mth old daughter. I am one that tries dieting and before I know it I'm back to my favorites. I have a problem with not having the energy to excercise or motivation and a love for sweets. I don't really have to have a meal as long as I have sweets. I breastfeed so I try to fit at least two meals in a day but I overdue sweets. I am ready to commit now cause my daughter is moving around alot and I don't want to miss playtime with her. I'm ready!!!

Welcome to motherhood :) and the challenges of keeping you healthy. My vice is not sweets but rather Mountain Dew and not eating enough. I can function off 1 meal a day. I often am to busy to remember to eat in most cases. I am new to blogging and online parent communities even though I have 5 children. I have started our blog and am keeping track of my getting healthy goals as well as a bit of everything else.

I have found that its easier for me when I have a bag of trail mix or something to snack on ready and waiting around the house so I can A. remember to eat, and B. get full on good stuff vs. junk.
